What are eStatements?

eStatements are online versions of your printed statements that can be accessed through Netlink. Once registered you will no longer receive a printed one in the mail.

How will I know my eStatement is ready?

When your statement is ready, you will receive an email notifying you that you can view it online.

Who is eligible to receive eStatements?

Any member who receives a printed statement and registered for Netlink can receive eStatements. If you are not registered for Netlink, click here for more information.

Is there a charge to switch to eStatements?

No, eStatements is a free service.

How do I access eStatements?

Access is via Netlink. Simply log in to Netlink and select ‘eStatements’ then ‘View eStatements’ from the menu.

Can I cancel eStatements and revert back to printed statements?

Yes. You can deregister through the 'Manage eStatements' section in Netlink, or by contacting an EECU office.

How secure are eStatements?

eStatements are extremely safe because they reside on our secure internet banking system.

EECU employs banking industry standard 128-bit encryption of confidential data sent to and from this site to ensure that no information can be intercepted and read by others. Encryption scrambles the data that is sent on the line to stop people who may try to tap into or hack into Internet communications. The closed padlock on the bottom of the Netlink browser page indicates that the Netlink site is secure.

What happens if I register but don’t use Netlink?

If you do not use Netlink for 90 consecutive days, then Netlink will be 'deactivated' and you will be unable to login and view your eStatement. Please contact an EECU office to reactivate Netlink.

Where will my eStatement email notification come from?

Your email notification will come from a new no-reply email address – no-reply@eecu.vportal.net.au
