| We recommend you regularly check your account transactions via Netlink or Telelink. If there are any errors or unauthorised transactions, please contact EECU immediately. |
| If you don’t have access to Netlink or Telelink while you’re overseas EECU can still assist with your request or process transactions on your behalf – just send us a fax. You must sign any fax so we can verify your signature. It's important to provide us with your overseas address so we can send you statements and replacement cards when required. There are some countries which we do not post cards to for security reasons. We will contact you to arrange the best way to deliver the card to you. |
